efficiency

— The extent to which resources are being used to get the best value for money


Full explanation:

Efficiency is making the best use of available resources; i.e. getting good value for resources. The efficiency of a treatment is a measure of the extent to which the treatment effects are good value for the resources that are used, compared to usual care (or “no treatment”), a placebo, or another treatment.
